All orders placed through hothittersports.eu are subject to our verification process for order accuracy and authorized valid payment. For security reasons, we may contact you via email or phone requesting additional information to validate your order.
To safeguard against fraudulent activity, hothittersports.eu must verify the bill to and ship to address. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your credit card issuer has on file). Incorrect information will cause a delay in the processing time of your order.
If your shipping address is different than your billing address (where you receive your credit card statement), please call your credit card issuer to make them aware of the shipping address. Informing your credit card issuer about your shipping address will not change any existing billing information; it will be temporarily listed in the banks memo field for purchase verification only. Please recognize that calling your credit card issuer about an address notification may not only be necessary, but it will also speed up the verification process.
If your selected payment method is PayPal, we will ship your order to a PayPal confirmed address only. A PayPal confirmed address is an address that has been reviewed by PayPal and found to be safe based on information related to the address. A confirmation displaying an order number will appear on the checkout page immediately after your order is submitted. If an order confirmation did not appear after the final submit button, we may have received your order, but communication from our server to your computer was interrupted. Please contact Customer Service to verify if your order had been received.

Our shipping cutoff time is 1 p.m. Monday-Friday. In-stock items will ship out that day if placed before that time.

All items will ship via Colissimo unless otherwise mentioned. All French orders take approx. 3-4 business days for delivery while, orders to other EU countries will take approx. 7-10 business days. (Processing time not included)

We understand that sometimes you will need to ship your order to a hotel and meet it there, and we are more than happy to ship your order to your destination. However, please note that we are not liable for your package arriving late due to unforeseen circumstances with the carrier, such as weather, related delays or federal holidays. Additionally, we are not liable in the event of damage to a package due to mishandling at a hotel. If the package was damaged by the carrier while in transit, please contact us immediately by email so that we may begin an investigation claim with the carrier.

Yes, we do ship individual orders to England, why not!? Shipping time can vary, but usually takes about 7-10 business days, not including process times.
